Health Science

The Dr. Gene Burton College & Career Academy offers multiple Health Science courses available to students of Rockwall ISD. Please review the below document that outlines our programs of study, courses and the required and recommended prerequisites. Students taking the health science courses can also participate in the career and technical student organization HOSA- Future Health Professionals (hosa.org) 

Students entering into the upper level programs will be rubric'd. Information regarding rubric for health science programs are discussed during the students health science courses.
