Steps to take the TSIA at GBCCA
- Take the mandatory Pre-Assessment Activity - Link below
- Sign up for the TSIA - Google form
- Pay using the RevTrack link
Students MUST complete the state mandatory Pre-Assessment Activity and pay PRIOR to the testing day. No student will be allowed to test if this is not completed.
Sign-up for TSIA at GBCCA (Dual credit students ONLY):
February 08, 2025 8:00AM - Sign-up, complete PAA, and pay by February 05.
February 22, 2025 8:00AM - Sign-up, complete PAA, and pay by February 19.
Pay for TSIA: Revtrack for TSIA February 08 or TSIA February 22
Students will need to be in their testing rooms no later than 8:00AM. Students arriving late will not be allowed to test.
Students testing for dual credit can also use any Collin College Campus testing center. Students must use Collin College's pre-assessment activity and pay the Collin College fees. Collin College has TSIA testing available online and in-person. Students will need to be a Collin College student and have their CWID number. Collin College Testing Information
Mandatory Pre-Assessment Activity
TSI Rule 4.55(b) requires that all testing sites provide a Pre-Assessment Activity (PAA) for all test takers PRIOR to test administration. Upon completion of the PAA, students will have the PAA Completion Certificate emailed to them to the email they provide. The PAA has informative videos that assist in explaining the TSI test and benefits. The PAA will then have sample questions aimed at allowing the student to get an idea of what the TSI test will be like. The scores at the end of the PAA do not apply to the actual TSI test, these are sample questions only.
